  • All changes must be in writing, please email info@buhmanngroup.com.  If your order is already processed, some orders can not be changed if it has shipped.

  • All sales are final.  There is no return policy.  Whether placing the order in our showroom, online or via phone and email, it is best to carefully review the invoice to ensure shipping address, product numbers, and contact information is correct.

  • Once your order has shipped, we send an email with tracking information.  If you have not received, please call 214-747-3151 to inquire on shipment.

  • Shipping is calculated and charged at time of order.  FEDEX items are roughly 12% of item cost.  Items will state “small parcel/UPS” online to indicate way of shipping.  Shipping charges are sent in a separate email after your order has been placed.

  • Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
